MINISTRY ASSESSMENT CENTER
Based on years of experience and best practices developed holding assessment events for those working toward receiving their first-time district minister license, TLI staff is available to both staff and help other districts create a Ministry Assessment Center that is contextually appropriate for their locations and setting.
LEAD – LEADERSHIP ENABLEMENT AND DISCOVERY
For Ministry Leaders (Clergy and non-clergy) this two to three day retreat style district event is a deep dive into developing self-awareness for ministry leadership. TLI staff is available to both staff and help local ministries create the scaffolding, expertise and personnel for an intensive exploration into equipping others in self-aware ministry leadership.
LOCAL CHURCH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND DISCOVERY RETREAT
A LEAD hybrid event in a local church setting; Local lay leaders, volunteers and church staff experience a condensed version of LEAD.
